Instructions before Departure
At Kindersley Trailers, we familiarize all our customers with the operation and use of a recreational vehicle. Please allow 60 minutes for orientation and paperwork. Please contact us to book reservations, 1-877-433-3337, to inquire about RV availability and rates or to get answers to any questions you may have.
Reservations
To reserve a rental unit, we require a security deposit of 1/2 the rental with a minimum deposit of $500. The full amount of the rental and kilometers (if applicable) is due upon arrival and the customer must have a valid credit card to rent the RV. – The security deposit is held as a damage deposit until the unit is returned clean and undamaged inside and out. This includes both holding tanks being empty. – Extra charges (if any) are balanced against the security deposit upon return of the unit and a credit will then be issued to the customer within fifteen (15) days.
Cancellations (Subject to taxes)
Any cancelled bookings are subject to our cancellation policy below.
- There will be a $75 administration fee for units cancelled within 5 days of making the reservation, provided it is not within 30 days prior to pick-up date.
